Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy

Our top priority is your complete satisfaction. If you chose your product from our online store but were not satisfied upon receiving it or noticed any manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to an exchange or return in two cases:

1.1. Dissatisfaction with the Product: Within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after receiving it (the customer can request a refund or product replacement, subject to the return of the received item).

1.2. Defective Product: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving it (in this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund, only to exchange the defective product). For defects such as broken glass or screen, visible scratches, missing parts, the customer is entitled to claim the warranty if contacted within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving it and must send images of the received package. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by misuse.

In both cases, the first step is to contact our Customer Service via email.

Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return.

For product return due to dissatisfaction: The product must not show signs of use. In the case of watches, the product must not have been adjusted (such as removing links from the strap). The product must be sent in the same way it was received, with the original packaging (including the postal packaging with a label). Otherwise, the refund or exchange will not be processed. As soon as we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm if the item complies with the return conditions. After confirmation, our team will contact you, and you can choose between: 2.1. Exchange for another product available in our stock; 2.2. Receive a refund of the amount spent (in case of return within the first 7 days after receiving).

Warranty: All store products have a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.

To claim the warranty, the customer must send a video of up to 1 minute proving the problem. In the video, the received product packaging (with postal label) must be shown. If the customer cannot send the video, they can send photos that clearly show the defect, with the product packaging also appearing in the images.

If the customer cannot send the video or photos, they must send the product to our address for analysis. The cost of this shipment will be the customer's responsibility, but the amount spent will give the right to a discount coupon equivalent to the shipping cost, as per item 1.3 above. The product must be sent in the original postal packaging, without damage.

Important: Our warranty does not cover aesthetic damages caused after purchase, such as broken or cracked screens.

4.1. The warranty also does not cover:

  • Damages caused by liquids (e.g., submersion in water), even if the product is water-resistant, there are limits that must be respected;
  • Damages caused by attempting to repair or modify the device by third parties;
  • Improper use of accessories;
  • Failures or damages due to normal wear and tear (such as screen scratches, oxidation);
  • Natural reduction of battery life;
  • Resistance tests performed by the user, such as water resistance tests. 4.2. Cancellations due to logistical problems of international scope or beyond the company's control cannot be carried out.

Policies for Free Products: Warranty: All our products, including free ones, have a 30-day warranty, according to article 3.

Exchanges and Cancellations: We do not process exchanges or cancellations of promotional products, as the customer only pays for shipping.

The product color will be sent according to stock availability. In the absence of the chosen color, another will be sent.

Delivery Policy: The delivery time varies from 3 to 10 calendar days, depending on the chosen shipping method. The products are not in the United Kingdom and will go through customs inspection, being delivered by Royal Mail.

We work with two shipping methods. The maximum time is 15 business days, but usually occurs in 5 to 10 business days.

The shipment will be made after payment confirmation and logistical processing, which may take 2 to 7 days.

Maximum delivery times:

  • Payment confirmation: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Logistical processing: 2 to 7 business days (depending on the product's region of origin).
  • Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days. The deadlines are expressed in business days, i.e., do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

 

Privacy Policy: Section 1 - What do we do with your information? When you make a purchase, we collect personal data such as name, address, and email. These data are used to complete the transaction and provide updates.

Section 2 - Consent By providing personal data, you agree to their use for purchase purposes. If necessary, you can withdraw consent by contacting us via email.

Section 3 - Disclosure We may disclose your information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Section 4 - Shopify Our store is hosted on Shopify, which securely stores your data.

Section 5 - Third-Party Services Service providers collect and use data as necessary. It is recommended to read the privacy policies of each provider.

Section 6 - Security We use industry best practices to protect your information. Credit card data is encrypted.

Cookies We list the cookies we use so you can choose whether to accept them.

Section 7 - Age of Consent By using the site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
